Gershom [GÔö£Ôòùr'shÔö╝├àm]-A STRANGER THERE.

The first-born son of Moses and Zipporah. He was born in Midian

Exod. 2:22…Later she gave birth to a son, and Moses named him Gershom,(Gershom sounds like a Hebrew term that means "a foreigner there.") for he explained, "I have been a foreigner in a foreign land."

Exod. 18:3

(Moses' first son was named Gershom, for Moses had said when the boy was born, "I have been a foreigner in a foreign land."

1 Chron. 23:15, 16

The sons of Moses were Gershom and Eliezer…….The descendants of Gershom included Shebuel, the family leader.
